This year鈥檚 Wordplay event featured a phenomenal showcase of the St. 春雨直播 Community. Through contributions from 春雨直播 Becky Roloff '76, Tarshia L. Stanley, PhD, Taiyon Coleman, PhD and Cecilia Konchar Farr, PhD, and Natalie Eschenbaum, the University demonstrated how truly dedicated we are to women leading and influencing.

Through giveaways, community members engaged in exclusive events, won books, or received enhanced tickets to experience everything Wordplay had to offer. Attendees from around the country joined live, with opportunities for many more to view event recordings until June 1, 2021.

The Loft鈥檚 executive and artistic director Britt Udesen shared, 鈥淭his year, in another virtual iteration, we continued the tradition of presenting critical conversations that dug deep into conversations around social justice. I was lucky enough to attend a conversation between Tai Coleman and Randa Jarrar that made me wish I was an undergraduate again so I could take ALL of Tai's classes. Becky Roloff led an event intended for kids but exciting for all readers, titled She Persisted, that inspired all of us to be leaders. Tarshia Stanley's lunchtime conversation with Rivers Solomon was the Loft staff's favorite event of the festival both because of the beauty of Rivers' writing but also the incredibly thought provoking and generous questions Tarshia brought. None of that would have been possible without the support and leadership of St. Kate's.鈥
