Gifts to the Katie Fund, our annual giving program, make a critical difference in our ability to fulfill our mission. Each donation allows us to meet our greatest needs and take advantage of opportunities for today's Katies that may suddenly arise.
The Katie Fund supports our academic excellence in our daily operations. Every gift is put to work in areas of greatest need across all of our colleges and schools, most notably, for scholarship and financial aid resources for all ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s.
Whether we are responding to unforeseen events that impact the lives of our ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s or seizing the opportunity to invest in exciting new resources, we rely on the flexibility that the Katie Fund provides each year.

Alumni Participation Matters
Organizations that rank U.S. colleges and universities look at alumni giving participation as an indicator of the quality of an institution. In addition, many foundations and corporations look at alumni giving as a basis to determine whether the University is a good investment.

100% of first-year College for Women ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s and 70% of College for Adults ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s receive financial aid.
36% of undergraduate ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s received a Pell Grant in 2019.
32% of Undergraduate ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s are First-Generation.
