Description

Recent graduates are invited to join Assistant Professor Ambria Crusan, PhD, RD, LD, to learn about Mediterranean dietary patterns. Professor Crusan will teach about ancient foodways, the evolution of Mediterranean-style eating patterns, and recipes to promote health. Attendees will also get to cook up something tasty in the food lab!
