Current Projects

Hardscape Repair

Throughout Summer 2023, sections of parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, curbing, and in-ground infrastructure (drains, etc.) will be repaired and replaced across campus.

Georgia Hall

Offline from June 2023 to August 2024, the apartments will undergo a refresh to plumbing infrastructure, flooring, laundry spaces, and more.

Southeast Rain Garden

Rain gardens are a great way to reduce runoff to lakes and rivers. We are replacing 11,000 sq.ft. of lawn with a new stormwater basin and rain garden infrastructure in 2023.

Our Lady of Victory Chapel

Closed for a major renovation, including window replacements, tile cleaning, rebuilding the historic stairs, and roof repairs. It’s expected to reopen in time for its 100th birthday in October 2024.

Southeast Corner

Summer and Fall 2023 projects include improvement of stormwater and drainage systems, tennis courts replacement, and safety improvements for the Early Childhood Center Playground.

Mendel Hall

A phased, major building-wide renovation has begun to update infrastructure and accessibility; increase energy efficiency; and upgrade teaching, research and collaboration spaces. Completion expected in December 2024.

Woodlands and Wetlands 

Work continues on this 5-7 year restoration project which began in 2023 and includes management of invasive species, re-establishment of native plantings, and biodiversity and educational walks.

Alberta Hall

Offline for the 2022-2023 academic year, the apartments have been undergoing a series of updates to plumbing, windows, flooring, accessibility, and interior finishes. Reopening in June 2023.

Working with our arborist partner, our annual campus-wide efforts to prune, trim, and fortify all trees identified in are underway.
