Welcome!

As part of the Centers for Equity and Belonging within the Office of Equity and Belonging, the Center for Intercultural Development (CID) is a social justice-focused, research-based learning organization. Our services support all ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s throughout their college journey at St. Kate's, focusing on those with intersecting marginalized identities—including, but not limited to, first-generation ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s, international ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s, ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s of color, and American Indian ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s.

Students who participate in the multifaceted opportunities through CID receive support that will enhance their academic success, social and professional connections, and ultimately their individual learning. Our CID team provides direction and support to core components of the success and implementation of initiatives for ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s enrolled across all three colleges: College for Women, College for Adults, and Graduate College, and is designed to help ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s move from day one to beyond graduation.

If you are looking for a place to be in community with others, expand your network, engage in your personal learning, a place to study, or simply have a tea or snack break between classes, we invite you to the CID suite!
