This free, five-day summer workshop empowers high school ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s entering 11th and 12th grade in the fall semester to see themselves as leaders and learn from women in professional business careers while experiencing life at
St. ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ University’s St. Paul campus.

Find Your Voice
Over the course of five days, St. Kate’s School of Business faculty will help you realize your leadership style, so that you can adapt with different teams, environments, and initiatives.
By the end of the program, you’ll gain a greater sense of the impact you can make as a leader in your home, community, and future career. You’ll also walk away with:
- An understanding of careers in business, including marketing, management, and business analytics
- Presentation skills
- The ability to build a team and collaborate within it
- Increased self-awareness and confidence
See a Business Career in Action
You'll visit a local company that has had a large impact on the Minnesota community and learn about how their roles function day-to-day.
You’ll also have the opportunity to tackle real-life issues that organizations face during your final project.
The culmination of your data analysis and business management techniques will shine through this presentation that’s yours to keep for your resume.
Get a Glimpse of Life on Campus
Work with a current Katie ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ throughout the workshop. They will act as your mentor, answering any questions you have about campus life or St. ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ University’s business programs.

All the Details
This workshop is completely free. Each session includes built-in time for activities. Students will learn from experts in a classroom setting and take one trip off campus to visit a local company.
