Human Resources launched this series of leadership development training in Fall of 2022 and it is required for all supervisors. We aim to support leaders at St. Kate's to advance their leadership competencies and share best practices for effectively leading to achieve St. Kate's mission of educating women to lead and influence. This comprehensive series consists of various segments, all of which are outlined in this .

Resources for supervisors of individual contributors (employees with no direct reports):
