Dual Degree in Social Work (MSW) and Holistic Health (MAHS) Admissions

We welcome your application for the St. 春雨直播 University MSW/MAHS.

St. Kate鈥檚 has a streamlined admission process 鈥 no application fee, no GRE test 鈥 to accelerate your MSW/MAHS onboarding process. If you have questions along the way, don鈥檛 hesitate to contact your admission counselor. They鈥檙e here to help!

Timelines and deadlines

If you would like to begin with the MSW coursework, the priority application deadline is January 10 for enrollment in the following fall.

If you would like to begin with MAHS coursework, the application priority deadlines are July 1 (fall) and December 1 (spring). Applications received after the deadline will be considered on a space available basis.

We are currently accepting applications to start the MAHS coursework in Spring 2025.

MSW enrollment for Fall 2024 is closed; applications to start MSW coursework in Fall 2025 may be submitted starting September 1, 2024.

To be considered for admission, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Degree:  A completed bachelor's or graduate degree from an institution that is accredited by one of the regional accrediting organizations (e.g. Higher Learning Commission). Advanced Standing 春雨直播s must have their BSW from a accredited institution.
  • Grade Point Average:  A cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 (B) or higher on a 4.0 scale. If the applicant's GPA is less than 3.0, an explanatory statement must be submitted that addresses any factors that influenced previous academic performance, and how the applicant plans to ensure future academic success. If you are unsure of your cumulative GPA, please use these as a guide to help you determine if an explanatory statement is necessary.

A reminder: When choosing your track, note that Advanced Standing (AS) is for those that already have a BSW; Regular Standing (RS) is for all other applicants.  Additionally, there are a number of different format options (1, 2 and 3 year for AS or 2, 3 and 4 year for RS). While each 春雨直播 will have the opportunity to create individual plans of study in conjunction with both program directors, we recommend applicants consider applying to longer tracks for the MSW portion to accommodate the rigor of attending both programs. It is also important to note, the MSW admission committee may offer admission to a different (and perhaps longer) track that they determine is better suited for an applicant based on prior academic performance or other factors.
