If you have a hold on your account that is preventing registration, refer to the Holds Table to identify the office that placed the hold based and how to contact them to resolve it.

Spring 2025 Registration will open November 11th, 2024.

  • As in the past, ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s with employer reimbursement, third-party billing, and veterans benefits with their paperwork approved, will be allowed to register.
  • Students with pending financial aid and approved paperwork will be allowed to register. If you have questions regarding your financial aid, please contact finaid@stkate.edu.

Undergraduate Courses through ACTC

Full-time, degree-seeking ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s enrolled in the College for Women (CFW)  are eligible to register for one course per term in the Associated Colleges of the Twin Cities (ACTC) consortium. Students who have declared an ACTC major or minor are eligible to take multiple ACTC classes per term.

Transfer Credit

Do you want to take courses at another institution during your time at St. Kate's? Use TES (Transfer Evaluation System), to search for the institution you are transferring from and see how those courses will be evaluated at St. Kate’s.

Transfer ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s may have had prior or alternative learning experiences that are worth credit hours at St. Kate’s. This includes learning beyond the classroom, such as military service or on-the-job training, or courses completed at institutions that are not regionally accredited.

Order a Transcript

Most ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s can submit an online request for their transcripts and have them sent directly to the requestor. Or, choose to have the Office of the Registrar hold your transcript so you can show a photo ID and pick it up in person. Most requests take about two business days to process.

No one may release ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ record information to a third party, including parents, without written permission from you, the ´ºÓêÖ±²¥. St. ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ University follows a federal law called .
