Namibia Little brings over two decades of experience in education, nonprofits, and community service. Currently serving as an adjunct faculty member at St. ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ University School of Business, Namibia, instructs courses on Managing within a Diverse Workforce and Leadership and Influence. She finds great joy in empowering ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s to envision themselves as leaders and explores the achievements of women and women of color who have pioneered new paths. Namibia values the reciprocal exchange of knowledge with her ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s, fostering a dynamic learning environment. Beyond academia, Namibia is dedicated to nurturing the academic and professional growth of youth and young adults. A proud alumna of Tuskegee University, she treasures time spent with loved ones and indulging in non-fiction literature in her leisure.
