Kabo Yang is a Strategic Services Senior Consultant at Propel Nonprofits and former Executive Director of the Minnesota Women’s Consortium. She brings a community leadership perspective, as well as her perspective as a woman of color and former refugee, to her teaching. She helps ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s leverage their core values and identities as strengths and assets to their leadership. As an MAOL graduate, she loves that ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s genuinely care about others and use their knowledge, experience, and power to advance equity. Kabo has taught Foundations of Leadership and Ethics, Leading Teams, and Advanced Practice in Change Leadership.
