Dr. George Diaz serves as the Graduate Program Director for the MBA and MAOL programs at St. ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ University. With a robust academic background and extensive experience in both business administration and organizational leadership, Dr. Diaz brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. His academic journey began with an A.S. in Law Enforcement from Rochester Community and Technical College, followed by a B.A. in History from the College of Saint Scholastica. Dr. Diaz then pursued an M.A. in Human Development and a Doctorate of Education in Leadership, both from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. In his role as Graduate Program Director, Dr. Diaz is dedicated to creating a supportive and dynamic learning environment for graduate ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s. He continuously strives to enhance the MBA and MAOL programs, ensuring the curriculum is both relevant and rigorous, and that ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s are well-prepared to become leaders in their fields. His unique perspective and diverse background, combined with a strong understanding of emotional intelligence, leadership storytelling, and learning theories, among other business-related focuses, enable him to foster growth and innovation among both ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s and faculty.
