Summer Session Financial Aid

To be eligible for financial aid, ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s must apply and be accepted as degree-seeking ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s at St. Kate's. Financial aid eligibility is based on the ´ºÓêÖ±²¥'s combined enrollment for all full-term and partial-term courses that count towards the completion of the degree program. There is very limited financial aid available for summer, but ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s may utilize loans.

St. Kate's ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s who wish to receive financial aid for summer should submit the (not applicable to ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s in the OTA Online, Doctor of Physical Therapy or Master of Physician Assistant Studies programs).  Students must also complete the 2023-2024 FAFSA.

The Financial Aid Office calculates a financial aid offer for each ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ based on their unique financial and academic circumstances and the average expenses and enrollment for each type of academic program. Program costs determine a ´ºÓêÖ±²¥'s financial aid budget, or "Cost of Attendance," which in turn serves as the framework for a financial aid offer to help cover that cost. Please review the Cost of Attendance information for your specific program for more information.

For maximum aid eligibility you must register for classes by:

  • May 13, 2024 for Summer II 2024 (OTA Online)
  • June 4, 2024 for Summer 2024

FAFSA requirement for Minnesota State Grant: Students must submit a 2023-2024 FAFSA to be eligible for Minnesota State Grant funding for the Summer 2024 term.
