A Holistically Endorsed, Accelerated, Highly-Regarded Hybrid Nursing Program for Adults
The St. ´ºÓêÖ±²¥ University nursing program is designed for adults who want to earn their nursing degree in a hybrid format.
Become a registered nurse (RN) — in a learning environment that embraces holistic, multicultural, and social justice perspectives on health and healing. St. Kate's offers the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program through a hybrid of online instruction, face-to-face instruction on our St. Paul, Minnesota campus, and hands-on clinical experiences at leading Twin Cities-area hospitals.
Our faculty are experienced and dedicated to helping you succeed. They will provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to become a competent and compassionate nurse.
In addition to the College for Adults BSN program, which is open to ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s of all genders, St. Kate’s offers two other options for ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s seeking to become registered nurses: a Bachelor of Science in Nursing offered weekdays in the College for Women and a Master of Science in Nursing: Entry-Level for people who have completed bachelor’s degrees in other disciplines and are seeking to make a career change into nursing.
When you graduate from our program, you will be prepared to take the NCLEX-RN exam and become a licensed registered nurse. Once you pass the NCLEX-RN exam, you are also eligible for your Public Health Nursing (PHN) certificate and to test to become a Board-Certified Holistic Nurse (HN-BC) through the American Holistic Nursing Credentialing Corporation.
We have a vast array of respected clinical partners who provide opportunities for ´ºÓêÖ±²¥s to learn to be excellent holistic practitioners and leaders in healthcare settings.
After finishing your BSN at St. Kate's, you can continue on with a Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, with Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Educator, and Dual-Degree options.
